Why you want it: When Minecraft 1.9 was released, people were actually thinking you could dual wield two swords. Well, you couldn't. With dual wielding, it adds more of an RPG feel and opens up new possibilities.
Why you deserve it: I think a lot of people would like this plugin, not only me. It's great for RPG servers.
