The Danel updated React - Smart Server Performance with a new update entry:

1.14+ Bug Fixes & Options

Additions:
  • Implemented new config option to multiply chunk purge distance `tweaks.chunks.distance-multiplier`
  • Implemented new config option to bypass forced chunks in 1.13+ `tweaks.chunks.force-bypass`
Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed Smearing breaking dumping in 1.14
  • Fixed React's dump (/re dump)
  • Fixed hoppers with composters causing an NPE
  • Fixed `/re help` hiding incorrect commands for console and players

The plugin doesn't have /react act lock-fluid command as in the image. I don't think it's the latest version
