[Quality of Life Suggestion] Name Changing Alerts

After changing my minecraft username a few times, its always so annoying having to tell all of the people on my friend list and guilds that I changed my name. Would be pretty cool for a notification to popup in chat when someone on your friend list or guild joins the server with a new username which would display something like this:

The Player GreatCatch on your friend/guild list has changed their minecraft username to Autofishe!
