QoL Suggestion about Mining Speed Boost

i Keep triggering it by accident...even in my island or something where i don't mine..or just teleporting around weapon swapping or something

i believe i'm not the only one


the suggested change would be to make the cooldown not trigger if nothing is being mined during the performance of the skill

i still gotta test maniac miner so i have no idea how much i care about this...but still seems legit
