QOL Changes I would make to dungeons.

1. If the bat dies it auto completes secret, even to lava
2.Dont make the wither/ blood key an item just auto give it.
3. Remove unnecessary lag like the pillars falling in f7 glitching the floor or pre-fire lagging
4. Make the shelmet/tank ability work on everything
