Q: Am I allowed to make a private stat bot?

Hello, I would like to make a Minecraft bot that displays stats about a player's activity when you message the bot "stats [player]". However, it will only send these messages to my friends and me; since I don't want to request my Hypixel API too many times if someone else tries to use it. Is this bannable?
