Progression for me (should I get term? or stick with hype)

I can do m3 with hype and wonder if I should keep using only hype for in dungeons and outside of dungeons or also get a term. What should I be doing now? Should I grind kuudra keys from minibosses or be grinding vanquishers? Should I do hot/basic tier or try to learn how to do burning tier? any help would be appreciated
