Profile Deletion!?

Hey there guys,

I have just logged back onto my SkyBlock account after a 30d ban due to the use of printer (didn't think I'd get anti-cheated... I was wrong).
So I've hopped on to collect my minions after a solid 30 days and I was switched to my alternate profile and the profile I had years of work on is not in my profile manager.

Do profiles get completely erased when 30 day'd? SURELY not. Perma-ban then appealed, okay maybe I get. But just a 30d ban and a complete profile wipe after...
