Primal dragon armor slight rebuf suggestion

i suggest that the primal dragon armor should be slightly buffed
i reccomend that the armor has these bonuses

piece bonus +1% chance per dragon milestone for double crit damage

set bonus +4% armor stat boost per milestone, aotd and bodf have 10 more base damage per dragon milestone, the ability of said items 4 less mana cost per dragon milestone, when below 50% health gain +0.20% of base defense per dragon milestone for each percent of health missing.
