prebuilt biomes outside the confines of where you can build your private island

I understand it'd be nice to keep the idea of floating islands intact, however I don't really like the aesthetic of floating islands for my build I'm working on. It'd be cool if there was a preset biome/border that you could paste outside the buildable area (extending to render distance), with the ability to raise/lower it to match the elevation where you build your island. you could make them rare drops from mobs within the biomes you want to use, similar to dyes, and give them to Jerry to...
