So...
I guess you all have seen hub 1 lowballing offers, and some people have absolute garbage purse, heck even someone saying (quote-on-quote): "Lowballing 2m purse /visit me no hoes no minions". But like... why?
Honestly, some people are stupid and lowball with a purse that is stupid and think they would get a great flip (10m is the time you can start to get "decent" offers, but you can only process 1 offer at a time).
