Photos upload but unable to insert into body

All of a sudden out of nowhere I’m experiencing a strange issue.

Photos upload just fine but when you attempt to insert them as full size or thumbnail, nothing happens at all.

If you make the post anyways they will attach to the post but again, you can’t actually insert them into the body.

No errors in the error log whatsoever.
