Petition/ Poll to add a way to remove enchant

Should there be a way to remove enchants that does not have conflicting enchants e.g. delicate, turbo warts (dont know why someone would want to remove this but still), angler.... things like that
or, for exotic collectors who like their exotic pieces to be clean af, to remove any enchant totally without having to add a conflicting enchant e.g. ultimate enchants
