Cant find this in XF2.2

Set up payment profile to paypal

Set up a user group promotion

I want to have a paid yearly subscription for users to get promoted to the new user group / after the year they go back to registered and have to pay for the subs again

Where do I find the rest of this - ie set the amount per year and upgrade an account ?
