i think that skyblock should add a new ultimate enchant that reduces the cooldown time for items with abilities that have a cooldown. the tier 5 would reduce the cooldown by 25%. the tier 4 would reduce it by 20%. the tier 3 would reduce it by 15%. the tier 2 would reduce it by 10%. and the tier 1 would reduce it by 5%.
