new guy no access to download plugins

Hi Everyone,

I created this account a while ago but just getting into it now. I've noticed that I can download things like config files for various things. I cannot download any plugins however.

May I ask someone here what the etiquette is here? Do I need to upload plugins to get access to download others plugins or something? In other words, how do I get rid of the "no permission to download" and replace that with "download"

Most of the premium plugins are only access by a member ship on the website. It's a lot cheaper than buying every single plugin on the markets. I highly recommend it.
