Name land plugin

Is there a plugin that allows a user to name areas of land so that when you walk in you see the name of the territory on your screen as the boss health bar or even in the sidebar? It would be cool as well if it tied in witht the banner map system and allowed you to see the names of territories on maps automatically as well.
