Mutes are cringe and weird (they need to rework)

At this point I’m convinced there isn’t a single human handling our mutes and it’s all just a bunch of AI programs sending us automated messages. Like when we’re muted, half the time it just says “chat infraction”. There’s no playback of the offending speech, and they just send us a list of POSSIBLE reasons why we were muted. I’m willing to bet that even in the extremely unlikely event that actual people review our appeals, every single moderator and staff member probably has a .txt document...
