Midas Sword Gilded Change (necessary)

Gilded giving ability damage on a midas sword is so pointless.
It should honestly just give +20CD on legendary and +25/30CD on mythic.
Hope this change makes it to the game cause its stupid as it is rn.

Im talking about the midas sword specifically. Staff can remain the same.
