Make the crystal nucleus scroll not be rank exclusive

Hey gang I recently saw about post complaining about how the crystal nucleus warp scroll is MVP+ exclusive (I’m MVP+ so I never knew it was)

The main issue with the exclusivity is that unlike the other exclusive scrolls, it gives a massive benefit over just QOL. This benefit is giving around double speed doing nucleus runs and make comms faster

I think this is a bit too overpowered to be ranked exclusive when you already need to grind out 750 comms manually
