Keep dying in boss fight as Tank in F5

I keep dying as a Tank in F5 I use full nercomancer lord set with giant reforge all 5 stared and a Blue whale pet. I have around 50 talismans. I get a EHP of 300k which I think is very low. And I am cata 20.What can I do to increase my EHP and so that I dont die?
