Jade or Sapphire mining? (panes in recursor or jade in MoD)

is MoD gold mining viable if I don't have a blue cheese omlette on my drill? If I use like gauntlet optimized for fortune and speed (not pristine), Divan helmet and 3/4 mineral (jaded obviously)? Blue cheese would be hard on ironman (although I did get a random bblue egg yesterday). How much money would I make, would it be better than low-level gemstone mining?
