Is there a way to only allow forum members to comment on WordPress blog posts?

We just set up a WordPress blog to run as part of the forum. I'd love to let only registered forum members to be able to comment on blog posts. Can someone please list a very basic list of steps in order to achieve that? I am okay using any paid third-party integration plugins, if necessary.
