 | This is just one example of what every single desert looks like in Minecraft. This feels like the biggest game design oversight of all time. It's an immersion killer, it removes a critical layer of difficulty from the desert biome that would be essential in any survival game, and it makes any kind of well or oasis pointless. I mean why do they even have giant bronze age style temples if they don't need to sacrifice anyone for rain? Don't people want to do fantasy roleplaying and worldbuilding on big servers? Shouldn't we all be begging Mojang for a desert update that makes the desert actually like a desert? They could even use it as an opportunity to introduce dry rivers and salt planes if they wanted. I feel like I can't even call Minecraft a complete game until they fix this one thing that feels like it belongs in 2013.
