I NEED URGENT HELP ABOUT MOB BEING GLITCHED

{Idk if this glitch is new or known}
So, i was doing dungeons and then sometimes the i can see the mob's name and health bar but i can't see its skin/body nor i am able to dmg it but my teammates are able to dmg it HOW TF IS THIS POSSIBLE
Examples: Bonzo from Blood room in f5, Shadow assassin from f5
PLEASE HELP ME
