I may have purchased a dupe item

So I was casually playing and wanted to buy a term. Bought a 10 star duplex term for 1b from ViewStash and immedietly he partied me and said I bought a duped item. We talked a bit he said "its funny to tell people" "I made 11b in 30 days" He suggested me to void it. Skytils didn't show it as duped and I used a website used iTEM to check if its duped and it also said "Item may not be duped!"

What should i do other than voiding or losing my 1b?
Or is there any way to communicate with admins...
