i got scammed by a coop-add scammer can i get my old profile back or can i ban him?

i lost my old profile to a scammer named RangersRule36 he said he would make a farm and then he coop kicked me with his friend (i forgot the other name) i wanna know if i can get my old profile back or get him banned or get compensation plz tell me
