I got my ac stolen

My freaking ac got stolen, the guy doin it using another account that he hacked to get me to join the skyblock gamers discord server and then took mine, deleted my profile that i had a coop in. transferd the items from the other hacked ac to somewhere else, and then i dont know what happnd. the ac he was on is fabian3591_ and my account that used to be Randomeder he ranamed to Randomeder_ and now all my shi is gone as well as my microsoft accont is there a way to get it back idk its impossible
