Hypixel seriously needs to do something about these scammers

Hi,
I don't know if you've noticed over the past year the outrageous amount of scammers on the network who will claim to gift you a rank.
They are going beyond this, they have blue mvp plus's (meaning they gifted 100+ ranks) which gives them more credibility.
It's more than stealing minecraft accounts, I've received some threats from them and it is genuinely unbearable to constantly be tagretted by these types of scumbags.
