How can I grind the last bit of Combat level 15 to 18

I'm trying to grind out my combat skill until I get to level 18, I just recently got to 15 but the xp requirements are looking more daunting, is there a good way to grind xp? My current experience grinding method was just the end and two-shotting the endermen
