Hide/remove prefix from title when haring on social?

Hey,

Where in the templates is the prefix? I'd like to comment it out or remove it, so it no longer appears when sharing a thread on social media.

Instead of getting this on FB: Prefix - your cool title here...

We would get: Your cool title here...
