help with f5 dungeon progression - iron man

hi everyone, looking for advice to progress in skyblock, particularly in dungeons. i have around 100mp, 3/4 unstable 1/4 sa helmet, and am looking to be able to run f5. for my weapon i use aotd, and use berserker class (i dont mind using any other class if it helps with f5, i think i will likely be grinding for juju shortbow after f5). from f5 i want full sa armor (is that what i should be going for?) i can solo f3 apart from boss fight when i cant kill guardians quickly enough, but die...
