Hacked on minecraft via discord, need help

I fell for the discord server verification hacking last night and have not yet been able to get my microsoft back yet. However just incase i do, i want to upload proof i can not log on into my account and anything done under the user amesluv IS NOT ME incase i get banned. This happened at 1:23am for me last night and i have screenshots of all the new emails and them changing my information incase this is needed. I don't know what else i can do to get my account back.
