HACKED - How do I keep them out?

I recently had my account hacked and all my stuff stolen. I don't care about getting it back, but the hacker is still signing in to my account.

I clicked on a verification link, (not my proudest moment), and it added a connection to my microsoft account ("Mee6" or "discord", i can't remember).
I have removed this connection, and tried to reset my session ID (logging in and out, reinstalling minecraft), but the culprit is still logging in and out and I can't seem to be able to keep him out...
