game crash with forge

idk why but i always randomly crash playing skyblock, and it only happens when im using forge. the mods im using are DSM, SBA, NEU, scrollable tooltips, SkyblockCatia, Skytils (with essentials), patcher
Anyone know why? And if anyone also is crashing can u list ur mods too? thx a lot
