Flooded trial chambers = very annoying

I have done three chambers now which have mostly been flooded and unplayable. Being as hostile mobs other than those spawning from trial spawners cannot spawn in trial chambers, PLEASE make it so water cannot naturally generate inside them as well.

It is extremely annoying to dig all that way down just to find most, if not all of the dungeon is flooded and unplayable.

I have had this happen even where there isn't any water in the surrounding caves.

Surely this is preventable and wasn't an intentional part of this dungeon?. Intentionally flooded chambers containing a drowned spawner would be fun, but this isn't.
