Find All Threads By User: Threads Missing

Hello,

In the User Profile > Find > Find All Threads By User I notice threads from some non-private sections are missing when regular members search.

However, when I search from administrator account, threads from all sections are visible. I'm unable to figure out what setting is causing this problem?

Note: This issue does not exist when someone performs a search through: User Profile > Find > Find All Content By User.

Help in this matter will be much appreciated. Thanks.
