F7 Modifiers!

While M7 is unplayable, I made a fun list of wither lord modifiers. No idea how it can be implemented, maybe through a mayor or something, similar to UHC's random Modifiers.

MAXOR:
- PAINFUL ENRAGER
*When Maxor enrages, he drains health at 50m hp/s*

- BELT LOVER
*Maxor spawns at belt, and will only remain on belt*

- CORRUPTED FACTORY
*Energy Lazer only requires 1 crystal to charge, though 2 can be placed and will be consumed in order from left to right*
