Extremely Small Update to Candies and Shiny Blocks

I randomly had this idea during a Spooky Festival. Basically, it would be cool if candies had a chance to drop from shiny blocks in the end during a spooky festival. The whole point of shiny blocks is to get items that are only really useful for early-game players. There isn't really a reason to add this but the admins seem to like adding things for fun to spice up the game a bit. (Of course, this wouldn't be an efficient way to earn candy but still a way)
