SEEKING Enderchest interact with Hoppers?

I'm looking for a plugin tha allows enderchests to interact with hoppers.

I am not the best with Java plugin, but I do not think you can do that. As all ECs are linked to players.

But what do I know.

Sadly without the use of mods, this can't be done in any way as Minecraft wouldn't "support" it. And even if it would be possible it would suck out all the player's ender chest as anyone can access any ender chest but still get their private inventory.

Do you want the hoppers to take items from the enderchest based on who placed the hopper? Otherwise I don't understand how this would work.
