Effect steal idk if this would work or not but let’s see

So I had an smp idea where each player would get their own effect (kinda like origins) but also have the lifesteal aspect where ex. my effect is strength and my friends is fire res and I kill him hed then have nothing and I’d have strength and fire res but nobody can have the same effect as someone else ex. 2 ppl can’t have strength and obv have pots disabled Would anyone be able to make this a plugin 1.20.1 (updates not needed)
