Disallowing ignored users to create profile posts on your profile

Hello!

I am not sure how many people may benefit from this but I definitely would, I perceive this to be a small QOL change.

I always utilize the 'ignore member' feature on the forums when necessary, but it has come to my attention that I can't completely ignore these members even if I want to.
