Disallowing Hello, We can't delete your account rejected by staff. Your Support Ticket removing permission

I created a thread here before, requesting an Hello, We can't delete your account rejected by staff. Your Support Ticket removing permission. I was met with a response stating that deleting an account is not done on this website, however since the website is accessible within EU countries it must comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) this means that they should allow users to request their account to be erased, failure to comply with these rules can be faced with a fine of up to 10 million euro OR 2% of the firms revenue.

So may I ask again, can I have my account deleted.
I stated my reasons in the previous thread but I shall put them here again

I don't believe I have ever used this account and when I did it was a very long time ago. This account has recently become useless and just sort of lingers. This username is something I would also like to disassociate myself from. Thank you in advance.
