death cords to discord

hello smart people of reddit. I am planning on making a paper minecraft server but i have a interesting idea but i don't really know how to execute it...
I want all player deaths+death cords to be logged in my discord server. So when someone dies in their base people on discord can see where their base is and hunt them down.
I hope you guys might have some ideas!
