Custom Discord Integration

Hello,

I am considering the possibility of a custom addon.

What I need to achieve is this.
Whenever a user posts a new thread or reply in certain forums (or at least NOT in one specific forum.... although I would love that to notify as well but in a different channel) a Notification is made in the channel.

Whenever a user receives a conversation he gets a Direct Message on Discord.
