Crimson Isle Reputation Grind

Given that we lose reputation on the other faction when we gain reputation on your assigned faction, it would be nice to not lose reputation for the other faction once we have reached say 12k reputation on the other faction. Getting reputation to 12k takes a lot of time and thus losing the 12k rep on the opposing faction would make getting the 12k to the opposing faction a chore again. Would be great to also allow minions from opposing factions work once you have 12k rep permanently.
