I ran into a problem, a paid plugin downloaded from here turns off my server every 30 minutes.

specific plugins:
zAuctionHouse
AuctionGUI +

Is it possible to somehow bypass the protection system?

Check your console while server up. Maybe some errors shows up/spamming in console.
And why are you running two identical plugins, just with a different working principle.
