Could Autopet mod be considered a macro?

Hello everyone! From the title you can probably tell what this thread is about. I was just considering using Autopet for slayers and I was wondering if it's a blacklisted mod or not. I've seen certain youtubers use it on enderman slayers before, but I know all mods on Hypixel are use at your own risk. Just wondering if anyone else had experience on whether or not this mod is allowed. Thanks!
