Connection Issues

Issue plagued me for the last 2 months with no help from support.

When i connect to Hypixel lobby, i literally cant move with 2 tps in lobby, cant interact with any menus and doest fix itself even if i reconnect/restart my router and if i manage to get past the lobby and into skyblock, i can play a maximum of 5-10 mins of no lag before all hell breaks loose and tps goes to absolute 0 & i get kicked into limbo indefinately.
