If you are talking about minecraft, you are looking for srv reccords
https://www.hosthorde.com/forums/resources/setting-up-a-srv-record-with-cloudflare.77/
This does expose your ip, but its harder to view, you need to know where to look to see it (not in ping or curl or traceroute)

If you are talking about web, you are looking for A reccord (maybe also cname)
https://help.clickfunnels.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005906774-Adding-A-Cloudflare-Subdomain-
cloudflare can completely protect this, your ip is a lot harder to find (close to impossible)
this will automatically forward all HTTP OR HTTPS on ports 80, 443, 8443, 8080 to your ip
this will only work with http or https, nothing else(i.e. websites, not games)

And how can I now forward the subdomain to the port? I want you to be redirected to 0.0.0.0:8123 with the subdomain map.domain.de

https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200169156-Which-ports-will-Cloudflare-work-with-
Dynmap runs on http protocol
You will have to change the port to one of the following:
(non https)
80
8080
8880
2052
2082
2086
2095

(https)
443
2053
2083
2087
2096
8443

Your other option, would be to click on the orange cloud icon next to your A or CNAME record. (make it go grey)
This completely disables all the -Redacted- protection that cloudflare has built in, and sends people your actual ip address.

also, 0.0.0.0 is a wildcard, it means the web server accepts connections on all of the ip addresses your server has (usually only 1)
for cloudflare to work, you need to tell them your actual ip address, 0.0.0.0 is not it.
